These three fully furnished cottages are on a large site in the district of Nikao. They are conveniently located to the airport and downtown Avarua is about three kilometres away. Two of the houses have three bedrooms and one has two bedrooms.

The properties are modern - about five years old - and are well proportioned with good size living areas each with its own verandah. The interior partitions are of pine planking, all the windows are louvred to take advantage of the sea breezes and there are fans in the living area and main bedroom. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are combined to give open plan living, opening onto the verandah.

All linen is provided and, of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots and pans. The properties are surrounded by lawn and the beach is about 100 metres away. It is one of the best beaches in Rarotonga to collect shells.
The bus stop is convenient to the property and these cottages offer excellent value coupled with convenience of location.
